Yes, I spotted the mistake.  

Again, have you tried talking to her about it?  You cannot really do much, as it is her life.  She would absolutely hate you if you told your mother, and will possibly even try sneaking out to meet said guy.  

All you can really do it make sure she's safe and that if she's having sex, that she uses protection.  However, try convincing her to tell your mother.  I wouldn't exactly trust a man that old going out with someone so young.  :/
